M.J. Eriksson connects Denmark

We construct new railway lines and high-speed tracks, and we renovate and upgrade Denmark’s railways and existing infrastructure. That is why we are the ideal partner when you need railway work completed.

We handle turnkey, main and specialist contracts as well as collaboration projects within railway work. We have a wide range of specialised machinery and equipment for railway and track work.

We leave our mark on Denmark’s railways

We execute work in and around the tracks, from ditches, cable ploughing and rail unloading to sleeper and rail replacement, welding and track adjustment. With safety as our highest priority, we ensure the protection of our employees, rail personnel and train passengers. Additionally, we always incorporate carbon accounting into our calculations when laying new tracks to ensure transparency and the opportunity to optimise for a greener footprint.

Our railway department consists of many specialised and experienced employees who can manage all types of complex railway projects, from planning to installation. We continuously train our employees to keep them updated with the latest knowledge, ensuring quality, precision and safety in both execution and the final result.

DSB workshop: Copenhagen

At the DSB workshop in Copenhagen, we have been responsible for the entire construction site setup and all demolition work. We have carried out earthworks, drainage and utility work, as well as track work, overhead power lines, security, high-voltage systems, lighting, planting, safety fencing and paving.

Railway works between Fredericia and Padborg

As the main contractor for Banedanmark, we have carried out railway works between Fredericia and Padborg. We have been responsible for track renewal on selected parts of the route, including ballast cleaning and rail and sleeper replacement as primary tasks, and track lowering, overhead power lines, security, drainage and structural work as secondary tasks related to the railway works.

DSB workshop: Næstved

At DSB’s workshop and maintenance facilities in Næstved, we are performing subcontracting work for the general contractor MT Højgaard. Our work includes access roads, site development and infrastructure.
